Lisa Hansen REALTOR® Prior to setting roots and raising a family, Lisa and her husband lived in Seattle, Miami, and Northern California, during this time she enjoyed a successful career in retail sales and management. Returning to Salt Lake City, Lisa decided to follow her entrepreneurial spirit, and open her own wholesale flower business. Starting small in the family garage, and expanding into successively larger warehouse space, she grew sales to over $1M a year with 15+ employees. After 30 successful years, her son took over, allowing her to explore new exciting opportunities. During this same time, Lisa and her husband, purchased, remodeled, and sold numerous properties. These life experiences have provided her with skilled tradespeople friends and contacts throughout Salt Lake County.

Corey Hansen, REALTOR®, was born in San Francisco and raised in Salt Lake City, giving him a lifelong understanding of the Wasatch Front and the neighborhoods that define it. Having witnessed the city’s evolution over decades, Corey brings both historical perspective and current market insight to every transaction.

Married since 1981 to his wife and business partner, fellow REALTOR® Lisa Hansen, Corey approaches real estate as a long-term investment built on trust, continuity, and thoughtful decision-making. After raising their family in Cottonwood Heights and Holladay, they now live downtown—experience that allows Corey to guide clients seamlessly across both urban and suburban markets.

Before entering real estate, Corey spent more than 30 years in senior sales and management leadership roles, where success depended on strategy, discretion, and client service at a high level. That foundation continues to shape his real estate practice today.

In addition to residential real estate, Corey’s involvement in estate sales and asset transitions gives clients a distinct advantage. His understanding of personal property, valuation, timing, and presentation helps clients make informed decisions that align real estate goals with broader lifestyle and financial considerations.

Clients value Corey for his calm, consultative approach and his ability to guide complex transactions with clarity and confidence. He currently serves on the Board of his condominium association, providing practical insight into HOA governance, building operations, and shared-property ownership.
